Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RockstarrHair By: Vashti, LLC. By purchasing products, booking services, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

RockstarrHair By: Vashti specializes in luxury hair extensions, custom glueless wigs, and professional hair services. We reserve the right to update prices, policies, and services at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately display product descriptions, textures, lengths, and colors. Because our products are made from 100% human hair, each bundle and wig may vary slightly in color, texture, and pattern.

3. Custom Orders

All custom wigs are made to order according to the specifications selected by the customer. Processing times vary and are listed on the product page.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

4. Order Processing

  • Raw hair bundle orders: 7-21 business days processing plus shipping time.

  • Wig service orders: 7–21 business days processing plus shipping time. (BYOB, Wig revamp, Wig maintenance)

  • Made-to-Order wigs: 3-6 weeks plus shipping time.

  • Service appointments: Must be booked through our online booking system.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

5. Shipping

We ship via carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, RockstarrHair By Vashti is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate.

6. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards and installment options such as PayPal Installments, Afterpay, and Klarna, when available at checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full or approved through a payment provider.

7. Service Appointments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments.

  • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be canceled or rescheduled.

  • No-shows forfeit all deposits.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, photos, branding, product names, and website content are the property of RockstarrHair By Vashti, LLC and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

RockstarrHair By: Vashti, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

10. Contact Information

For questions regarding your order, please contact us through your website contact form or designated business email.

No Refund / No Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of our products and the custom nature of our services, all sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Chargeback approvals for valid delivered orders

This policy applies to:

  • Hair bundles

  • Closures and frontals

  • Custom wigs

  • Ready-to-ship or Ready-to-wear wigs

  • Digital products

  • Service deposits

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks for delivered products may be permanently banned from future purchases and the dispute will be contested with supporting evidence.

Hair Care Disclaimer

Proper maintenance is required for all human hair products. We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Improper care

  • Coloring by third parties

  • Heat damage

  • Chemical processing

  • Installation errors

Service Deposits

All appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the cancellation is initiated by RockstarrHair By: Vashti.

Privacy & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud and may request additional verification before processing.

By completing a purchase or booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and No Refund Policy.
